		New method for 'rescale' for pixel images

IMPROVEMENTS/ENHANCEMENTS

	predict.ppm
		Now computes the pointwise standard error of the
		fitted spatial trend of a point process model (when type="se")

	plot.ppm
		Standard errors are now plotted as well (when se=TRUE)

	plot.owin
		The interior of a polygonal window can now be filled
		with a colour, using the argument 'col'

	[<-.im
		The subset index may now be omitted, so that the 
		following idiom works:   x[] <- 42

	affine.owin
	rescale.owin

	rescale.psp
		Computation accelerated.

	ppm
		Computation slightly accelerated.

BUG FIXES

	[1] model.images
		If the fitted model was CSR (uniform Poisson process), 
		the return value was an empty list. 
		Fixed.

	[2] model.images
		If the argument 'W' was given, and if W was a mask,
		the dimensions of the output pixel image were incorrect.
		Fixed.
