	Minor bug fixes and updates to conform to changes in R.

BUGS

	[1] affine.ppp
		The marks in a point pattern were not correctly copied.
		Fixed.

	[2] ppp
		If marks were present and some points were `rejected',
		the marks were not correctly copied. 
		Fixed.

	[3] dilate.owin
		The help file contained a false statement.
		Corrected.

	[4] resid1plot 
		Generated an error if plot.neg="discrete".
		Fixed.

	[5] rmh, rmh.ppm, rmh.default
		if the argument `start' contained the parameter `x.start',
		an error would sometimes occur (in rmhResolveTypes).
		Fixed.

	[6] tiny bug fixes in:
		envelope, handle.rshift.args, is.multitype.quad,
		lurking, plot.fv, predict.ppm, rmpoint, runifpoint.
