	This release is an urgent bug fix for the function Kinhom.

	The estimates of Kinhom were completely incorrect 
	for the border edge corrections
		correction="border"
		correction="bord.modif".
	(The other edge corrections were not affected.)

	The bug was a simple coding error, introduced in version 1.9-2.
	It has now been fixed.
